How We Made It Work

GOAL

Support MAM’s brand refresh with a high-impact photo and video campaign - delivering a robust library of assets to launch their new look across platforms.

CHALLENGE

MAM doesn’t produce often - so this production needed to count.

The deliverable list was extensive (our specialty), but the real challenge was technical and human: capturing babies peacefully asleep with a glow-in-the-dark pacifier - on cue.

Lighting complexity. Infant unpredictability. Zero room for error.

OUR STRATEGIC SOLVE

We approached the production like a system.

Schedules were mapped around bottles and naps. Rooms and lighting setups rotated strategically. Every detail was engineered to create calm conditions for both baby and brand.

With the help of a carefully calibrated black light (thank you, Joel), we captured the glow flawlessly — and yes, every single baby fell asleep as needed. No tears. No chaos.

The result: hundreds of stills and 16 video edits delivered from one seamless production — proving that with the right plan, even the most delicate creative challenges can be executed beautifully.
