How We Made It Work
GOAL
Launch the new Happy Family formula with a full-scale campaign spanning CTV, web, digital ads, and owned channels — each with unique specs and timelines.
CHALLENGE
What looked like one brief was actually four separate workstreams - overlapping timelines, evolving deliverables, and a rapidly expanding asset list.
Creative complexity was high. Operational complexity was higher.
OUR STRATEGIC SOLVE

We reframed the brief into four distinct tracks - each with its own process, cadence, and production plan - so nothing competed for resources or clarity.
We engineered two complementary productions:
• A focused 1-day studio shoot for immediate web needs
• A 3-day location shoot designed for CTV and scalable digital output
Because we think about distribution before production, we mapped formats, versions, and specs upfront - building a system that allowed every setup to generate more.
With multiple timelines running in parallel and scope expanding mid-flight, we stayed agile, organized, and proactive.
The result: 456 individual assets - including 8 CTV versions, 63 digital ads, and 270+ stills - delivered without chaos, without compromise, and without wasted motion.
