We partnered directly with the hot sauce queen herself to evolve the brand - developing a new look and feel, campaign platform, content themes, and launch-ready assets just in time for Target.
We leaned all the way into bold - because Sam does too.

How We Made It Work
GOAL
Elevate Hot N Saucy from scrappy startup to standout brand — creating a bold, cohesive look and a clear creative strategy to help Sam show up confidently across digital and retail.
CHALLENGE
Sam is the brand — founder, flavor visionary, order packer, trade show regular, and press darling.
What she didn’t have yet was a defined visual identity, a scalable content system, or a strategic roadmap for how to present her growing brand in a competitive food space.
The ask: build a “big girl” brand presence without losing the personality — and do it lean.
OUR STRATEGIC SOLVE
The Corvus Recipe - Smart Before We Shoot. Snacks at the Ready.
We began with strategy - auditing competitors, studying best-in-class brands, and clarifying Sam’s story and future vision.
Then we engineered a production built for scale.
With a lean team of three (plus Sam and her husband as talent), we executed two highly efficient shoot days - producing 20+ craveable food images, hundreds of founder-forward portraits, and a fully modular bottle-and-ingredient system designed for endless combinations.
But we didn’t stop at delivery.
We’ve continued partnering with Hot N Saucy - leveraging those original assets across organic social, paid campaigns, print, e-commerce, event materials, Amazon, retail support, and more.
Over the course of years, the content has been reimagined and redeployed in hundreds of ways - without creative fatigue.
The result: a bold, ownable brand world and a content engine that keeps performing long after the cameras stop rolling.
