How We Made It Work

GOAL

Maximize annual content output and performance by strategically producing two 2-day video and photo shoots to cover Happy Family’s year-long campaign needs.

CHALLENGE

Happy Family has a wide and growing product portfolio - and babies do not operate on production schedules.

We needed to capture content across multiple SKUs - Jars, Yogis, Puffs, Snackers, Teethers, Fruity Sticks, and Tot Bars - while designing assets flexible enough to run across Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Digital TV.

All within two tightly packed shoot days.

OUR STRATEGIC SOLVE

We don’t start with a camera - we start with design.

Through design exploration and editing boards, we mapped the full visual and motion system before production began. That allowed us to define exactly which shots we needed, how text and graphics would layer in, and how each setup could flex across formats.

By engineering the creative before we rolled, we maximized every window babies gave us - capturing what we needed before the inevitable wiggle, meltdown, or snack break.

Over two days, we cast eight babies and their mothers and built a ‘perfectly imperfect’ styling direction - clean enough for bold color pops and graphic treatments, joyful enough to feel real.

The result:
30+ video ads delivered across paid and digital channels
100+ stills for web, social, and marketing
And a scalable content system designed to carry the brand all year long.
